Clostridioides difficile in inflammatory bowel disease

Clostridioides difficile (CDI) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) present similar clinical features, but require very different therapies. Because CDI and C. difficile carriage are both common in IBD patients, diagnosis can be challenging.  Read more in the March issue of MLO.
